Purple Smoky Eyes with a Pop of Pink

Heyyyy Makeup Lovers!!!!
Happy Monday!!!!!
I know I know I have Been slacking with my blogging lately, I haven't been keeping you girls up to date with the new products that are coming out and of course all of the sales that have been going on. I just have been busy planning my wedding while trying to do the normal day to day activates. Between getting a home, planning a wedding, and finding out that I’m going to be an aunt there just hasn't been a lot of room for blogging time and if there is I make plans to hang out with my BFF or take a nap. Don’t worry I getting back on the blogging train because I love to write about makeup! Since I have weekends off now I'm going to try to do a weekly weekend makeup look since I wear more makeup on the weekends now. I'm mostly a plain Jane kind of girl during the week days now, but I try to wear a pop of color on my lips when I can find my lip glosses. I leave my lip glosses everywhere; it's one of my bad habits that I wish I could break! It all good, it just means I just have to buy more lip glosses! ;)
I guess I should start writing about my first weekend look that I did yesterday, that was supposed to be a quick going to the store makeup job that ended up turning into a fun purple smoky day look. Don’t ask me how my idea of a brown look turns into a purple look. Things just happen when I do makeup. I’ll try my best to explain how I did this fun pretty smoky kind of eye. I end up using different kind of purple and light pinks.
If you want to know how I did this fun smoky purple eye with a pop of pink lips then please read on.

For the Eyes:
After I applied eye primer all over my eye lids I mix the eye shadow Nooner from the Naked3 with a taupe eye shadow and blend it into the crease. It ended up looking like a taupe gray purple color it turn out to be really pretty.
I then mix a light shimmer plum with another light plum that had gold shimmer in it and then added it on to the lids. I also added some of this color into the crease to.
To make the look a little smokier I applied a medium plum eye shadow onto my lids and top it off with a darker plum color with pretty shimmer in it.
To add a little lightness to the eyes I added a really pretty shimmer rose pink onto the inner corners of my eyes. This made the look super pretty.
For my brow bones I used a matte white with a hint of pink in it and for the tear ducts I applied a lavender shadow that made the look pop a little more.
I think that’s about all the shadows I used for this look, I sometimes just keep adding colors to my eyes that I sometimes forget what I used. I really need to start making videos again.
To finish off the eyes I used my 24/7 Black Velvet Glide-on Eye pencil by Urban Decay onto my top lash lines and on my water lines.
Then I used Urban Decay new Perversion Mascara on my lashes. I got to tell you I in love with this Mascara a lot so far!
For my Face:
After I applied on my foundation and powder I applied bronzer onto my temples, under my cheek bones, and onto my jaw line.
I then added a pretty pink blush onto my cheeks and of course added a highlighter onto my cheek bones for that pretty glow.
For the lips:
I thought it would be fun to do a pop of pink on my lips so I applied on one of my favorite pink raspberry lipstick.
That's how I got my fun pretty purple with a pop of pink lips look. Say that three time fast!
I hope you girls love this look!
Have a good day or night!
Much love from your crazy makeup lover!!!!!
