Hello Makeup Lovers!
Before I ever really got into makeup I only owned two beauty products that I would use every single day and night since I was about 11 years olds. It was my good old face cleanser and moisturizer that my mom bought me and told me how important it was to take good care of my skin. I also learned that drinking lots of water, eating good foods, and working out also help to maintain really good looking skin.
I think the reason why I never really had bad acne because I learned to take care of it right before my teenage years. I hate to brag about my good skin but I worked hard to keep it but there are nights when I fell asleep before I take my makeup off, there are days when I stress way too much, and so on. I'm not perfect so that is why I get a big fat red swollen zit sometimes and it seems like it takes forever to go away.
It’s not like just a little zit, it’s like a big look at me I am zit kind of zits and it hurts.
It makes me sad but I have found a way to hide it when I go out..
If any of you girls have a zit and don’t what it to be seen then please read on how I hide mine.
Lately I have been using The POREfessional balm on my T-zone and on any zits that been showing up after I clean and moisturize my skin.
After I apply my foundation I take a concealer apply it on the zit and then I take a makeup sponge and pat the concealer on and around the zit to blend it in better.
To set the concealer I take my Blemish powder by elf. You can use any face powder you want but I really like to use this on zits because it disguise and heals the zits at the same time. Believe me when I say this stuff works. It takes away the redness as soon as I apply this on.

That’s it. These steps do hide my zits pretty well. I hope these tips help any of you girls that are going through any zit problems. I am going through them today!!!

It’s almost that time of year again when my face looks like a shiny gross mess.
The other day I was about to put my makeup on but realized my face was sweating way to much because of the heat and the humidity, so I cleaned off my skin and then grabbed a deluxe sample of the POREfessional by Benefit Cosmetics that I got in the mail a few weeks ago. I apply this on after my face moisturizer and then give it a few minutes to work before I put any other makeup over it. I noticed right away that it took the shine away from my skin and it also made my face stop sweating too. Yay!!!
When I was done applying all my makeup I noticed how smooth and flawless my face looked, and my makeup stayed on all day too. Not only does it make your face look flawless by minimize pores and fine lines it also contains vitamin E which is known to protect the skin from free radicals.
Another good thing about this product is that if you have some shine going on during the day, you can use this product over your makeup to touchup on some problem areas. How awesome is that!!!
I actually used this stuff right before I went hiking today and my makeup stay on pretty well. Need I say more? I think this will be my summer must have product of the year.

This is the product I just can't live without. Its takes away my red cheeks and makes my skin look almost perfect. I say almost because there is no such thing as perfect and I like that way.

This powder is good for all skin tones and it will give you a healthier, silkier, and smoother looking skin.
You can wear this over your makeup or alone.

Blemish Kit

This stuff works wonders too. Not only does this product hide blemishes but it also heals them at the same time. I put this on a big red zit a few years back and it took the redness away in two seconds.
What awesome about this powder is that you can wear it to bed too, so it can fight those awful zits while you sleep.
Eyeliner
Its three dollars and it works just as good as the one that cost $8.00 and over.

Heyy Makeup Lovers!!!
Yesterday I cut 10 inches off my hair to donate to Locks of Love! It was almost a two hour hair cut but it was all worth it. My hair was soo thick that it bent my hairdresser scissors like three times!!! Opps
It's all good because maybe they can make at least two wigs out of it. That would be so awesome.
If you girls have long hair and thinking about giving your hair away, then just do it, because it’s such a great thing to do for a kid who need an awesome wig. :) On the bright side you will get a new hair style that you might fall in love with.
If you end up not liking your hair being short, don't worry. It will grow back.
It's funny how I still have a lot of hair left even after getting it thin out, but it does fell so much lighter now.

oo I'm just kidding, I am cutting off 10 inches of my hair tomorrow so I can give it away to Locks of Love. :)
If you girls haven’t notice in my pictures I have really thick curly hair that I have no control over, but I do love it even if it does give me a hard time in the morning.
People always tell me how they wish they had my hair and how beautiful it is.
Having thick and crazy hair is not easy to take care of but it is a blessing to have and I feel that my hair would make someone really happy because they went from having nothing to having more hair then a lion’s mane.
Someone ask if I was nervous about doing this and no I am not, because my hair is like a chia pet. It’s going to grow back, and who knows maybe I will find a new hair style that I will fall in love with.
Have any of you ever given your hair away? If yes, would you do it again?

Four years ago I forgot my makeup bag full of drug store makeup in my gyms locker room and never saw it again. I knew it would of cost too much money for me to replace every single piece of makeup I did own and most of the makeup was my Christmas gifts that I got from my best friend and my mom. To save money I just got the two things I just can’t live without. It was mascara and black eyeliner. Yes I went without face makeup for months until I pull a muscle in my lower back when I was running on the treadmill and I had to take three weeks off from my job and from everything else I did. It was not fun at all!!
Sense I couldn't move I spent most of my time watching TV or on the computer. One day I really wanted to shop for makeup becuase I really miss creating looks and all. I had an eyelash curler that was only a dollar at target that said EYES LIPS FACE on it and I thought maybe it might have a web site that sells beauty tools or makeup. I googled it and I found an awesome website that had a whole line of makeup for only a dollar. That day I got 40 things for $40 and signed up for their emails to get awesome deals like 50% off, ten free eye shadows, get three palettes of eye shadows for $25 and so on. ELF is the reason why I got back into makeup because I could afford to get a whole bunch of good quality makeup for half the price of high end and drug stores brands. I know it sounds crazy but I feel that some drug stores makeup is a little too pricey sometimes. There are brands that are between $10 and $20 at CVS, Target, and so on. Some brands, not all. If I am going to spend that much money on makeup I might as well go to Macys or Sephora.
ELF also helped me learn so much about how to use makeup and what it does ,they even introduced to the beauty world on YOUTUBE. At first I was like what is this and then I clicked something and somehow found all of these girls showing you how to put on makeup. I thought it was weird but then it turned out to be a great thing for me because it help me find my passion for makeup.
I have always worn and loved makeup but never like this, I went from a little bag of makeup to having a closet, makeup case, and bags full of makeup.
It’s funny how losing one bag of makeup turn out to be a fun adventure for me because if I have never lost that one bag of makeup and hurting my back I wouldn't be blogging today or ever maybe.
I know this sounds crazy but I'm glad I lost my makeup and hurt my back because right now I'm doing what I love, writing about makeup.
It's funny how this ended up being a story, becuase I was going to wirte about the best products ELF has. This whole story was surpose to be introduction haha. I have to wirte about ELF best porducts in my next post.
